Celebratopia currently ships to addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout. Select gifts may qualify for free shipping when indicated on the product page.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to actual carrier charges and may require additional transit time.

 

CORPORATE, MEETING & EVENT ORDERS

Shipping, delivery and fulfillment terms for corporate, meeting, event and custom orders are provided in the project proposal or agreement and supersede the information on this page.

 

SHIPPING BY CARRIER

   STANDARD SHIPPING

• Please allow 2–3 business days for gift preparation.
• Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx using the most appropriate available service.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Carrier transit time begins after your order has been prepared and picked up.

   EXPEDITED SHIPPING

• Please allow 1–2 business days for gift preparation.
• Expedited carrier service is available for eligible orders.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
• Expedited shipping shortens carrier transit time but does not eliminate preparation time.

If your gift must arrive by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and recommend the best shipping option.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Celebratopia offers local delivery within 20 miles of our Aurora studio. Please allow 1–2 business days for gift preparation unless same-day service has been confirmed.

• Delivery within 5 miles: Complimentary
• Delivery between 6 and 20 miles: $15 per order
• Same-day delivery within 20 miles: $25 per order

Same-day delivery is subject to availability. Please contact us before ordering to confirm that we can accommodate your requested delivery time.

 

EXTENDED AREA DELIVERY

Delivery is also available to locations between 21 and 50 miles from our Aurora studio.

• Standard delivery: $28 per order
• Same-day delivery: $45 per order

Extended-area and same-day delivery are subject to availability.

 

STUDIO PICKUP

Orders may be picked up from our Aurora, IL studio by appointment.

• Call 630-340-4545 to arrange a pickup date and time.
• Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
• Bulk, custom and personalized orders may require additional production time.
